💬 General Hire Information

Do you offer nationwide delivery?
Yes! We deliver, install, and collect across the entire UK — including London, Kent, Essex, Surrey, Manchester, Birmingham, and beyond. Our logistics team provides full nationwide coverage for both short-term and long-term hire.

What does “dry hire” mean?
Dry hire means the item is delivered curbside for you to set up yourself. This option is ideal for props, simple furniture, or games that don’t require technical setup.

Do you charge for delivery and collection?
Yes. We charge delivery and collection based on distance and access because we have to pay our drivers and cover vehicle costs. Every quote includes a clear delivery and collection breakdown.

Is there a charge for installation and de-rigging?
Yes. Installation and de-rig fees cover the labour required to safely set up and dismantle your hire equipment. Unfortunately, we can’t offer this free — our professional team handles all heavy and technical work on site.


🕹️ Arcade & Game Hire

Are the arcade machines coin-operated?
No — all our machines are set to free play for events. For long-term placements or venues, we also offer cashless Nayax card systems and revenue-share options.

Do you supply games for both one-day hire and long-term rental?
Yes. We provide games for corporate events, exhibitions, and weddings — as well as long-term venue placements in pubs, hotels, and entertainment centres.

Can the machines be branded?
Absolutely. Most of our arcade and interactive machines can be custom-wrapped or branded with your company logo and colours — perfect for exhibitions and brand activations.

Do you install and test the machines?
Yes. Every machine is installed, tested, and safety checked before your event. We make sure everything is ready to play before we leave site.


🎄 Prop & Event Hire

Do you offer Christmas and themed props?
Yes — we have one of the UK’s largest selections of Christmas props, Santa’s grotto décor, and winter wonderland hire items. These can be booked individually or as part of a full setup package.

Can we collect props ourselves?
For most large or fragile items, we handle delivery and collection to ensure everything arrives safely. However, some dry-hire props can be collected by arrangement.

Is setup included with prop hire?
Dry hire means curbside delivery only. Setup and de-rigging can be added if you’d like our team to position and install everything for you.


💰 Payments & Booking

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a booking deposit secures your date and equipment. The remaining balance is due before delivery.

Do you offer account terms for regular clients?
Yes — we provide trade and venue accounts for repeat clients, subject to approval.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking early — especially for November and December when Christmas and corporate event demand is high.
