At Boutique Party Hire, we provide reliable nationwide delivery for all arcade machines, interactive games, props, and event equipment.
Our logistics team operates a dedicated fleet of vans across the UK, ensuring every hire is delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule — whether for a single-day hire or a large multi-venue installation.
Delivery Fees (Per Van, Each Way)
All delivery rates below are charged per van, each way.
Some larger events or setups may require two or more vans depending on the quantity and size of equipment being delivered.

If multiple vans are required, the delivery cost is calculated per vehicle. This ensures your items are transported safely and securely without overloading.
Setup and Installation
Delivery charges above are for transport only and do not include setup or installation.
Setup fees are quoted separately depending on the size and access of your venue.
Setup fees may apply when:
Equipment requires two-person handling or stair access
Items need placement inside buildings, upstairs, or across multiple rooms
Out-of-hours installation or collection is required
Complex prop or arcade builds require extra time or tools
For smaller or lighter equipment, we offer a curbside delivery option — where our team drops off the items safely at ground level for your staff to position and set up.
Labour and Staffing
Some large props or heavy arcade machines may require two or more staff to deliver and install safely.
Additional staff are charged based on hourly rates and will be clearly stated on your quote.
We always plan staffing levels in advance based on your booking details.
Long-Term Installations
For long-term venue installs or profit-share placements, we do not charge delivery or setup fees.
All logistics, setup, and ongoing maintenance are handled by our team as part of the agreement.
Delivery Scheduling
We plan all deliveries carefully to ensure smooth logistics.
Standard time windows include:
Morning (7am–12pm)
Afternoon (12pm–5pm)
Evening / Overnight – available for an additional fee.
Exact timed deliveries and same-day collections are available upon request (subject to additional cost).
Out-of-Hours Deliveries and Collections
Deliveries or collections requested outside standard hours (7am–5pm) incur an additional £100 out-of-hours charge per van.
This applies to:
Late-night collections after 6pm
Early morning deliveries before 7am
Overnight logistics or same-day turnaround events
If your event requires setup or collection outside standard hours, this fee will be added to your quote in advance.

We cover the entire UK — from London, Kent, and Essex through to Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, and Cardiff.
