    Dry hire means the item is dropped off at your location for you to set up and use yourself. This is a kerbside delivery service — our team unloads the equipment but does not install or position it at the venue.

    Do You Charge for Delivery?
    Yes. Delivery charges apply to all hires, and costs depend on distance, vehicle size, and load. Our delivery fees cover the cost of fuel, driver time, and logistics to safely transport your equipment.

    Do You Charge for Installation and De-Rigging?
    Yes. Installation and de-rigging are optional but highly recommended for larger setups. These charges cover the labour and time required to safely move, assemble, and dismantle props or arcade machines at your venue.

    Why Do You Add Delivery and Collection Fees?
    We have to pay our drivers to transport and handle heavy, specialist equipment across the UK. These costs ensure our staff are paid fairly and that your hire arrives on time and in perfect condition.

    Can I Collect Props Myself to Save Costs?
