2. Step-Free Access: There should be step-free access from the unloading area to the setup location to facilitate easy transportation of the equipment.
3. Hard Standing Pathway: A hard standing pathway from the unloading area to the setup location is required to ensure smooth movement of equipment and prevent damage.
4. Minimum Width Loading Passage: The loading passage should be at least 85cm wide, considering any narrowings such as door frames or magnetic locks along the way.
5. Power Socket: A standard 240V, 13 amp UK plug socket should be available within 5 meters of the setup location to power the equipment.
